Chur – Arosa: Aperitif: Champagne cocktail Stuffed plums wrapped in bacon Vegetarian option: Plums with Gorgonzola
Starter: Frothy Riesling soup with dill and prawns Vegetarian option: without prawns
Main course: Fillet of beef with a chestnut crust and fruity rosehip sauce with creamy pumpkin polenta and broccoli Vegetarian option: Curd Pizokels (local pasta) with spinach, walnuts and local mountain cheese
Arosa – Chur: Dessert: Grand Marnier roulade with macerated oranges 1 coffee or tea
